Remove Ads Means What?!?

The app it self is good. My 1y/o loves it. The problem is that I paid for the "Full Version and Remove Ads" package and while the banners are gone, there is still a small shopping cart in the corner of the homescreen that opens iTunes to other apps by the same developer. So every-so-often my child hits that icon and cant get back to the app. Luckily I have it so that I have to enter the code to download anything or Id have downloaded their whole Library by now. Seriously though, do you guys really think "Well OUR ADS dont count as ADS"? I paid for Ads to be removed, this includes YOURS!
